Delivered as promised! Joe was super knowledgeable in the order and sales process. Jeremy followed up and confirmed delivery date and timing of install. The 2 young men they sent were super professional and courteous. They cleaned up and did everything as promised. They for sure need an Attaboy or ISEEYOU award. Overall experience was 5 out of 5! Jonah and the people at King Door Company took good care of us. We had a very unusual situation for our basement garage door and the opening could only accommodate a rollup door. Most other companies I contacted said they couldn’t do the work or don’t install rollup doors on residential properties. Jonah assured me that not only could he and his team do what I needed done, he gave me confidence that we would have more clearance for our opening than any other company had previously suggested. They delivered on that. I’m grateful for Jonah’s confidence in the project and the timely service he and his team provided. Had some electrical work done and then garage door quit working. Some of my son’s friends thought they could fix it but only made matters worse by loosening cables and having no idea what to do. Edit 2: The door looks amazing! No complaints here! Edit: it was a simple misunderstanding on their part. Everything was corrected and all was made right. A wonderful service man named Joe Keim took absolute care of me. Called for a new garage door estimate and was told they do not serve my area, despite being in Dalton and the Google search clearly saying serves Chatsworth. Don't know how Google messed up my reviews. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with King Door. The serviceman was smart, friendly and experienced. He took care of the problem in nothing flat. The door works perfectly. If you have a garage in this area, you need King Door to make it work the best it can.
