Our garage door opener stopped working the morning we were scheduled for a home inspection. The person who answered the phone at King Door listened and understood our predicament. She contacted one of the installers who was in the field, who phoned and stated he could be here in 30 minutes. Jose was prompt, polite, and efficient. Our existing opener was 20 years old and needed replacement. He had an opener in his truck and promptly replaced it, along with new seals at the bottom of the doors that had rotted. All this happened while the home inspectors were there, ensuring that they knew everything was taken care of. We greatly appreciate the folks at King Door and highly recommend them to anyone with these types of needs.

King Door were quick to set up my appointment for a garage door PM and arrived on time. The technician was helpful and adjusted doors if needed and lubed bearings that made the door movement much smoother and everything ran quietly like when they were first installed. I had 2 garage doors put up. I have used King Doors 20 years, I have had 3 sets of doors, I have had to put in electric door openers, 2 different times. So, I have been pleased with their work. This last tech seems to be the nicest, and the most noticeable performance I have ever seen. That meant a lot to me. If I need anything done again, I will call on King Door. Professional, knowledgeable, answered all my questions and returned my calls! This is the 2nd time we have used them in the last 5 years (two different issues) and will again if we need too.

Our double-car garage door stopped opening. Motor tried but would abort after only lifting about a foot. Called for service. They came right out, fixed the problem. Noticed the tension spring was not helping lift the door. They tightened it. Made an adjustment on the stop setting and noticed that our trim was missing on one side of the door (it's an older house which we just recently bought). They will order the trim and then come and install it as well! Excellent service!
