What’s included in your Program
Annual Program price $129
We provide exceptional quality products and services to ensure your safety and satisfaction. Our program includes:
- Thorough safety inspections of up to three of your home’s garage doors and garage door openers
- Complete risk assessment of all nuts and bolts by our experienced technicians
- Maintenance lubrication of all rollers, pulleys and cables
- Spring adjustments
- In-depth service on electric door openers, including chain tightening, setting limit switches, and lubrication of the entire drive mechanism
- Free check and replacement of keypad and transmitter batteries (up to 2, when required)
- When completed, all safety concerns and recommended repairs will be documented for the customer
- We’ll discuss the task list with you and provide you with a copy, all with a service receipt attached
- Our service technician will provide detailed necessary repair and/or replacement suggestions with you before departure
